CHOW IN

ALMOND TORTILLA TREAT

(gluten free friendly)

Ingredients:
(one serving)

2 corn tortillas
2 tbsp. almond butter
2 tbsp. low sugar boysenberry jam
1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp. agave nectar
1 tbsp. coconut oil

Preparation:
(approx. 10 min)
(Difficulty: super duper simple!)




1) Warm Coconut oil in a saucepan under low heat.
2) Combine agave nectar and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Set aside.
3) Open corn tortillas and evenly spread the almond butter and jam to one side of each tortilla. Fold to close.
4) Add both tortillas to the saucepan. Begin to brush agave nectar/cinnamon to one side of each tortilla. Let sit for 30 seconds. Flip tortillas. Repeat on opposite side.
5) Allow to cook for approximately 3 to 4 minutes.

Serve warm and enjoy with a glass of Almond, Rice, or Organic cow's milk! :)
